The best is when the shoes are cooked, and you have to reef on the lever with both hands for the rear wheels to lock (well, I do, seperated left shoulders suck). Now just imagine this, but understeering into a corner at 60.

There's a little rubber cover on the rear brakes so you can peek in at the brake shoes. Have you checked them yet? Or did the cable adjustment fix your problem?

I'd recommend keeping the car in gear whenever you park as well, it's a good habit.

Good to see you have a pretty good attitude about this kinda ****, I flip a **** when I mess my car up. haha

count your blessings that the car didn't roll out and hit another car, house, or kid. then you're really up the creek
