fisrt off i know what you mean it happend to me. what fans are you using when i ran into the same problem with the fuses blowing i redid everything. the problem with the fans is they draw to much amperage becuase it configured 2 fans in to 1 so what i did was have to relays and split the fan wiring into 2 so each fan has its own relay so it wont use that much current. i can draw you a skimatics of what im talking about or just take puics of my set up to show you step by step
