After coming back home from vacation , i left my car home and keys with my dad. the next day which is today i try to start the car and the ignition wouldnt turn. then i noticed it is stuck between the off and Acc positions but you can take the key in and out. i tried putting the graphite lock and wd-40 no luck.
this happen after my father moved my car, im soo pissed he fcuked up my ignition.

Default keys stock

Hey,

I had the same problem when it went to the painter. I ended up taking the whole ignition apart to get the car started. Not easy task but can be done. You need to buy a new ignition and have them redo it so your old keys will still fit. It can be done. Bought mine from Aliga. Putting back together is easy, only problem is that their are 2 bolts you won't be able to reuse. because of the design of the bolt head, you need a special tool. I did not have it so used brute force. I just added 2 grade 8 bolt. I'm sure you can call in a locksmith to do it the right way but am a DIY person. If you want I can try take some pics on the bolts. hope this helps.
