I like the way this thread started with some really nice shots of custom stuff.

I don't really care to see a stock interior or see something one with just a new steering wheel.

 

Lil' update to mine. Same as before, but with custom gunmetal burlwood.

Jose, time to go black interior! The burlwood is nicer than the straight grain IMO...

 

CleanSC, I wasnt sure you could improve on that interior...you proved me wrong. Absolutely love the burlwood, whole thing looks fantastic.

Haha nah Tony... I had the itch for a black interior and it was easier to buy a Mini Cooper S with one already in it.

Hell of a lot more fun, too! hah Shows ya how much of a fattie the SC is when you get into a car that actually handles.

Besides the tan can be pimped, just gotta find the right angle.

I did the wood 10 months ago... Man I'm such a slacker haha... I've been kinda disappeared around here.

 

Does anyone make a kit with real birdseye maple trim for all of our wood? I know a guy had a set made up a short while back, back haven't seen anything else of it.

Newer picture. I did the full carbon interior a while back...then started to see the style pop up on other cars.
So I switched the game up and went with the Silver carbon style..seats n all.

 

im loving that burlwood was actually wandering how it would go with black interior cause ive been wanting to change my wood trim

 

My only hang up with Burlwood is it doesnt look like wood to me when its in black. It looks more like black marble. Thats why I went straight grain. Everyone that sees it in person thinks its real wood. Thats what I was after!
