^ who ever stitched the "recaro" on the rear seats could have used the REAL logo. the letters actually touch each other in the real logo and are not as bold...

Thanks trill2go This was the best way I thought to mount the gauges so that the driver would see them and not face the passenger and you use up some unused space (no airbag)

I can appreciate what you are saying but I had a choice when I did this. The guy that made the custom rear seat cover is a incredible upholstery guy to put it lightly. I bought a genuine leather hide from Recaro to have it made from and he made it totally from scratch. His stitching machine only offers pre-made fonts and he and I discussed what was closest and used it. I had the option to send the hand made covers to Recaro and have them do it to the tune of $300 plus shipping and 8-10 weeks down time and opted to not do it. Cant please everyone, but then again I am the one footing the bill and driving it so why should I?

FYI digitizing a logo for stitching only cost $75. A vector file of the logo can be downloaded for free from brandsoftheworld.com
