i saw a honda civic undecover the other day. i think youd be able to pull over someone in a tuned car maybe lol!!! (though i dont advise it)

do u have a siren too?

looks like a waste of almost 2000 dollars between you and your bro. and the time spent to do it all. if i was just handed 2 grand this would be the last thing i would be doing to a car but hey, to each his own.
