I had a dent in the same place cause I backed into a pole at a gas station that I couldnt see...took the carpet and everything out of that side, sat in the trunk and pushed with my feet...much to my suprise, 90% of the dent just popped out..did the rest with a rubber mallet and looks 100% better than it did before

I don't know if repainting the whole car fits this budget. However, as we speak, I am trying to source all the parts for a 97+ conversion. So far, I have a rear bumper only. It is going to be a mission to procure the rest of the parts for a good price.

Well since it is going to get repainted and popped out, it wouldnt hurt if i try it anyways right?

I am on the same track you are with trying to fit mods into my budget..and no it wouldnt hurt at all to hop in the trunk and give it a good push, and once you take out the cd changer and the mount there is alot of room to reach that particular area...I dont have any paint cracks except where the top of the pole actually scratched the paint. I would show you some before and after pics, but I dont have any "before" pics...it got me sick looking at it. give it a shot and let us know how it goes...just remember if you use a rubber mallet, be semi-gentle

That's a popular spot to get hit these days. I just got my car back from repairs. Mine was a hit and run and I was covered by my own insurance. $500.00 out of pocket for the deductable. The repairs were $2300.00 and the quarter panel was replaced. There was also a small split in the bumper that was repaired.

Hit and Run, Cost about $175 to fix. Lady saw the accident and wrote plate #, Cop said he couldnt do anything since the plate was out of state which is bull. Its ironic, I parked in a spot so no one was near me so I wouldnt get hit, I come outside I got hit
