im also looking at this....
so im assuming this is a total rip off?

I don't see what's wrong with this car...and that price of 3700 is SUPER CHEAP in Canada. the window problem, I have that too and pretty easy to fix. As long as engine is in tip top shape, I see no reason not to buy it...just make sure that the rust problem is actually on the body and not on the suspension parts. If timing belt has not been done, maybe you have some more room to bargain down the a bit to 3000 maybe?
^ the car that you just posted is about a fair price for a 95 (newer car with a lower mileage and no accident). I'd pay no more than 7500 for that. I got mine fore about 10K last year...seems the price have dropped even more now.
either way both cars are what I would expect pricewise...yes Canada sucks at car prices

damn two years ehh? thats alot of rain on it. ill try to grab the 3700 SC400 but if i cant then ill consider the 95. the red/blk leather is gorgeous.
