I am really interested in buying a 5spd sc300. Plus i am in southern california so its not "that" hard to find one.
But before i even go look at cars, i was wondering whats the tallest someone can be to fit in the car. I would look kinda stupid if i went to see a car and i couldnt fit in it.
Also i am somewhere around 6'2, maybe a bit higher.

It depends on your comfortable seating position as well. I'm about 6' and the seat back has to be reclined a certain angle or else my hair would touch the ceiling. The seat bottom is at it's lowest position as well. Nobody would be able to sit behind in the back seat since there is no more legroom.
Best thing to do is to sit in one and see how it feels. Might have to play with the adjustments a bit to find your optimal settings. Checkout one of the SoCal meets and I'm sure an SC owner would let you try it out.

im 6-3 and stock seats were getting annoying. my head was like an inch from the ceiling. I opted for some supra seats...best mod ive done to the car to date. now i feel like its so much bigger and in a much better driving position. I dont think I would be able to go back to stock seats now...

Supra seats are definetly the way to go for taller people, now that i would know i'm 5'6 lol but i've sat in a SC with supra seats before it definetly gives you more head room.

6'3 and looked for vehicles of several designs before settling on this car, a major part of the reasoning because I actually fit!!!
On another note however, I have been searching around the forums trying to find "what seats I need to get even more head room." Now I have the answer; Supra seats!!! Anyhow the stocks are fine, you just have to recline a bit.
BUT the best thing of all is that the steering wheel telescopes out a good four or five inches to meet us tall people's hands whilst we recline

6'2'' on a good day and I wear a size 60 jacket. I do fit in the SC . I wanted to buy a convertible Z28 but when I tried sitting in one it was ugly. Same with a Corvette. Same with a Mustang. Sumo

im 5'11", but my dad is 6'3" and he fits fine, the only thing he complains about is that he has a funky angle on the pedal with his foot that makes driving the car uncomfortable

I am 6'1 but have a very long torso similar to that of someone a few inches taller and I lasted about 2 weeks w/ my SC before having to find a solution to the seat height issue. I had to do the "ghansta lean" and get my head in the area where the sunroof is for more room so I didn't bump the ceiling when I drove. That of course made driving much more uncomfortable and I grew to almost dislike driving the car.
Supra seat swap and I sit a GOOD 2" lower, maybe more. Not even close to bumping my head anymore. It made a monster difference and to me the Supra seats are more comfortable too.

Before i had to shift my head to the right and into the slot where the sunroof is. Now I can relax and not have to worry about my hair getting messed up in the sunroof. Hopefully this winter ill have them recovered to match my interior and equip them with seat heat. Only major complaint is that i wish there was a little more foam on the seat cushion.
Next test is to see if i have the room to fit a helmet on my noggin'
