My friend Jon use to go there a good bit in his S14. It's gone through many looks: flat black, origin style kit w/ blue paint, and now some other kit w/ the blue paint. Usually the pearl white cage w/ black/grey/pink camo is the best way to know it's him.

Anyways, i'm guessing that's the track, by looks.
Somewhere near Penn State's main campus? That's where he was when he went.
