nice car, did he have to do alot of bracing to the body besides the cage? tell your friend to make a removable hardtop for the car? i think that would be the finisher

We're in Alberta, in a **** hole city a couple hours south of Calgary.
He wants to make the old top into a removable unit, but theres a lot of other shiz he has to work on first. The entire car is stitch welded, that plus a well built cage makes the car plenty stiff. Hopefully we can cut some more weight out of the car as well, the entire goal was stock s13 weight, which has pretty much been achieved.
I like the space frame idea LOL. He wants to chop up the front end this winter, do some major bracing so I guess we'll see.
As I believe I mentioned in a previous post. The car is a work in progress. The back deck needs to be capped, and the roll cage needs to be finished. It'll clean up a lot over this winter.
And I'll try to get some mo betta pictures from this past weekend.

If i remember correctly that white AC covertible sc400 was actually a production run. It was some extremely odd run done for a few toyota CEOs they tagged the thing sc500 or something like that cause it was a supercharged 1uz.
I wish i could find where i read that though.
