Today, a 2x4 bounced off of a pickup truck with no gate 2 cars in front of me
I hit it going 70, and it split the lip on the AC kit

And yesterday morning at 8 am, I got pulled over IN MY OWN DRIVEWAY by a cop who followed me back. I was coming back from getting coffee, and he was on the other side of the street, separated by a concrete median.
I made a right onto my neighborhood's street, and made my way towards the house - I didn't know the cop had gunned it all the way down to the nearest intersection, made a U, and came back up looking for me.
He flew into my courtyard with full lights and sirens, and told me he pulled me over for the tint. It's 35% in the front, but an overcast day which probably made it look darker. He took a good 35 minutes back with his car on the radio, came back, and gave me two fixit tickets; one for the tint, and one for the black tail lights.
Meanwhile, my entire neighborhood is sitting there watching me as he woke everyone up with the siren. it was damn embarassing.

Yeah cali is whack, I've gotten a ticket for my tint 3 seperate times now, not counting the times I've gotten pulled over because of my tint, cops only using that as a reason to question/harass me. Lame that they pulled you over at your house though, I swear some officers have no respect...
Sucks about the 2x4 though man. Is it just me or are there more and more trucks driving around with insecure stuff on their beds lately??? I've had to dodge flying debree a few too many times recently, once even a ladder flew off a pickup and the guy just looks out his window and drives off, leaving it there on the road! Good luck getting that fixed, hope it doesn't cost you too much bro.
