Default Question about window sealent....

I have a replacement window for my brothers car. Passengers rear BTW. I know how to take it off and all ,but what kind of sealant do I use to seal it back on? Can I get this product at Advanced auto parts or Autozone? Input please

3m makes a window glue and you can get it at advance, its about 12 bucks a tube and one tube per window, and btw rubbing alcohol takes it off without messing up the paint
