I tried searching but couldn't find any results. I have a chance to pick up a white '97 5 speed sc300 for dirt cheap.

i think i remember reading a post on this at one point. i would go for it man, if nothing else you can sell it to me if you decide you dont want it!

This car was a steal. I wonder who bought it. White 97 5 speed with 119k miles for $5k. It had been sitting for over a year in the driveway of the original owner. Car was given to the son who didn't want it.

Thats how I came up on my car also...Dude was given his uncles car and had no interest in it. He did however know the rarity of the car but I still got a deal.
