Default 1997 SC3 vs 1997 Supra N/A

I was just checking out the specs on the SC3 vs the Supra N/A
aren't they suppose to have the exact same engine?
then why does the lexus have 225hp and the Supra 220hp?
the torque is same for both...

The supra 0-60 time is 6.6 but the SC3 is 7.2
supra's Roadholding Index: 0.91
sc3's Roadholding Index: 0.86
is roadholding index the handling capabilities?
supra is 300 lbs lighter. other than that, what else would effect the performance # differences?

It's possible that differences in the exhaust or intake system could make the 5 HP difference. It might just be "Advertising HP"

Tire size comes to mind, The Supra most likely has a stiffer suspension too

As far as performance capabilities, in addition to what was said, the SC300 doesn't have a limited-slip differential.

There are some other factors you have to look at also. Are you comparing manuals or manual to auto? And look at the powerband peaks. Are they are different rpms? I have no idea, that's why I'm asking.
