voted for the cleared tails, honestly I have never liked the 97+ tails, the trim doesn't suit me, looks like those chrome lines wannabes used to put on the outside of their wheel wells.

Sorry to burst your bubble but its more than that, I actually like the Red/Clear tails.
2 things are wrong with the 97's
1. That chrome striping looks like ****
2. The pink tint plastic makes the chrome look pink.

have you considered doing a very very light smoke on the 95's? I think one to two shades darker would make them look awesome. I plan to do that to mine when i get a chance....
