lol.. jdm muscle was down in my neck of the woods in jersey.. he just gave a toot.. nothing major... there was a biker at quikchek.. but I was like noo bad idea... he'd probably fall over..

I'm thinking of doing this, but just wondering what kind of legal liability/trouble could result if you scare/startle someone enough to cause an accident. Anyone know?
