Backseats have enough room - you can fit 3 amputees in there!

Wow if you think the SC backseat is bad try fitting in the Tiburon backseats..............now that takes a contortionist to fit, midgets even cringe at the thought of being suck back there.

Actually the Porsche 951 seats are the smallest, there just isn't a way to be any smaller. I couldn't even fit a gym bag in them with my old 951

I don't think I've ever sat in the back of my '95 or '97. They do look small, though. I've had people sit in the back passenger side before and they've all said that they were OK.

As a general rule, no one sits behind me in my car simply because I don't feel like re-adjusting my driving position. And I've definitely haven't tried having sex in the back seat. Not only because the car is so small, but because car sex isn't as good as bed sex or couch sex.

I'm in the market for an SC, but the one major thing holding me back is the headroom. I'm 6'1" and I'm afraid that I can't fit in one comfortably. I sat in one (a '92 --did later years have any more headroom? doubt it...) and remember not being able to really get too comfortable. My hair was always touching the roof, and it's not very long. I didn't think to try telescoping the wheel out all the way (do all SC's have telescoping steering wheels?) to see if that would help. I did have the seat adjusted all the way down and then tilted back a good ways, though.

I dont care much for the size of the back seats. It is fine for what its intended purpose. People fit back there when they have to but it is not a joke like a Porsche's backseat. It is a dedicated sports coupe that does not share the chassis with a sedan so it is fine for what it is.

You think the backseat is bad? The driver's seat, pushed all the way down, and leaned back a bit, still makes my hair rub the headliner. I'm only 5'11"

Low seat rail + good aftermarket seat = you fit very well in the car.

I am 6'5. I can safely say my Soarer is the most spacious car I have driven, thanks to my suggested modification. My Cresta is a close second, the roll cage makes it a bit of a pain in the *** to get in an out of though.

The back seats of our cars arent good for much, its a typical coupe problem to say the least.

You just gotta pimp out the backseat yo! Throw some JP seat cushion and JP pillows and you're set.

You guys are spoiled . The back seat seems huge to me because I'm coming from this:

And yes, I've actually driven with people back there, behind both seats.
