Looks good! 
I'd suggest painting those vertical slots in the bumper black, it'll look cleaner and accentuate the big horizontal one in the middle. I wanted mine done that way but since my paint was dark enough anyway it looks ok.

mr2 - this isnt the original bumper I had to replace it after a fender bender. I still have the black plastic clips that cover the vertical slits but I decided to keep em off for a different look.
