problem with water going inside the car...

Default problem with water going inside the car...

since its been raining the whole weekend i notice today that the windows were most up and i found that it was wet on the chairs floors... and a little in the dash board the car smells damped...... yuk! has this happen to anyone? the car is a 92 so i'm thinking it the moldings?.... well just wanted to know what it could be if it isn't the moldings.. thanks!

first, this was hard to understand.

but, did you drive the car while it was wet out?

There's only a few ways for the water to get in, doors, fender wells, and since you said the floors, POTENTIALLY the Air ducting(but this would be odd).
If you didn't drive the car i'd rule out the fender wells, and i'd also rule out the air ducts, as i'm unsure how water would even enter it to be trickled down.

Problem could reside in the sunroof, if you have one the drain holes are likely clogged, go to a gas station and use the water/air station and blow the gunk out of those little drainys. Open the sunroof and you will see the little holes in the lip where she slides into place. one dead giveaway is residual water on the carpet of the lower door panels, cause that is where it drains
