Default I Need A New Gauge Cluster ??????

Ok so I did some searching but I really didn't get a firm answer I have a 92 300 with a pretty clean cluster everything lights up properly and all. But my speed and RPM's are dead so i guess i am in need of a new cluster well since i am going to do the gated shifter conversion i wanted to swap in the 98 style gauge cluster to complete the look and i really like how it looks. So i wanted to know what kind of wiring is requered if any at all to make the 98 300 gague cluster work on my 92 300 with gated shifter conversion ???? I know it fits and bolts in but what changes are required i did search but still not sure so please any input would be highly appreciated thanks....

97+ clusters into pre 97's is an easy conversion. Rumor has it, someone in the so cal SC crew has the whole wiring schematics done.

Remove the back of the cluster, screw the 6 screws down in the center near the boxes. Those are the connections, likely old/loose/whatever. That trick only works for non functioning gauge motors.

My rpm's only works between 100-1400 and the speed works sometimes only up to 15mph.... Is this the connectors or the motors ????
