Default OEM Lexus takeoff wheels -pics requested-

Yes, I did search.
No luck.
Also, the wheel/tire fitment thread is becoming useless with half the pics on showing up and lets face it, i'm not looking through over 2,000 replies of "Sick!" "What specs are those?!" and "Do they rub?!"

I'm going to be getting rid of my 20"s soon, I'm going to get some OEM takeoffs as a set of beaters until I get my new wheels...

There's a Lexus dealer right down the street from where I work, I can get a really good deal on takeoffs, I just dont know which ones to go with.

So.... please post pics of yours or other SC's with OEM takeoffs including, SC430, IS250, IS300, etc.

Thanks in advance!

If you're goin with lexus take offs then its either the ISX50 rims or the 18" 5 spoke GS rims (forget which of the newer GS's they are on). The SC430's look like poop and IS300's are itty bitty. If you can, go with the darker finish on the ISX50 rims, I have a set of the regular ones and they are ok, but the color leaves alot to be desired. If you can find a set of the rays 19" G35 rims for cheap, Id pick up those instead though.

IS350 Liquid Graphite...which happen to be currently for sale.

The lighting makes the wheels look darker in this pic.

$400 is pretty cheap. The color of the finish affects the price though.

OP,

I am so glad you started this thread because I've had the desire to change out my stock 16's for a nicer set of Lexus wheel ... and then I read this thread full of really striking wheel combinations. I know these wheel were never meant to be mounted on an SC but they really look fantastic.

Anyone here live in the Orlando area? I may be looking for a set of wheel (I like the darker graphite wheel better but am not against the chromes.

Thanks ...

I live in Tampa but i'm originally from Orlando and go back home like every other week. Let me know if you need any help finding some rims or want to check mine out to see if you like them in person.

Noob question: What other model Lexus OE wheels are a bolt-on fit for a '97 SC300? Will all of the IS series fit?

Thanks,
Harpo
