google the topic and see high resolution pictures of this trunk and see the craftsmanship.
I'm just saying it's hideous, not poorly done. The work done was incredible, but that doesn't take away the fact that it's ugly.

I forgot to quote it, but I agree with O.L.T. 100%

Wow that BMW is sick.

If you have the money to do your SC in that quality I say go for it

That M3 took 2 year to build up by a shop, the owner is a PGA Australian golfer.

I reckon if your gonna but a bit on the car, do all the little things to tidy it up, increase its power etc then go for it. But if your gonna just cut up a stock SC then please dont in respect to what the car stands for. Pretty much you you want to show your attention to detial then go for it but if its something you want to use for work everyday and dont care if the end product is less then perfect then dont do it.

The 240sx Coupe Has been converted to a sil-truck... quite a few actually, just do a search online... so you shouldn't have to worry about support if built correctly. I would love to see this!

But Klymax, what's the point of turning this into a truck, like someone else said, if your going to leave the rear seats in. The car would look kinda goofy with such a sort bed. Even the m5 was converted to a 2 seater. That is why people are saying you have to relocate your gas tank.

And to 5sp_jzz30, He wrote on a forum where EVERYONE loves their STOCK looking lexus. What kind of answer did you expect he was going to get? All people post here are stock cars or restored cars to make them look like a clean stock car, with a nice drop and rims. If he's going to do it, then he should just do it... he'll just have to find support from somewhere else.

I think it could look real nice, if done right, but not if you keep all 4 seats.

This sounds stupid.

If anything, convert it into an Ice Cream Truck

DO IT!!!!! i always like those truck conversions as i always wanted to make one myself and could use it. though most are built off a fast back body style there are some made from coupes like my friends 240, imo the idea is the same just the coupe needs more cutting done. in the end result it looked good

the thread starter sounds like he can get the job done as you got more than one and all of them are swapped. if i had an extra one and the space to do it i would give it a try so do it and make a build thread
