Default fixing lip

I recently got a sc400 lip and customed it for my 97 bumper. It started to crack due to little scrapes coming down the drive way so im looking for another alternative. Is there anything else that works like bondo, but is more elastic like the lip. Thanks in advance!

i believe there are 2 types of bondo. One which is the body filler one, (Harder one) and i heard from someone that there is a bondo for Eurothane, but dont take my word for it, since i havent seen that one around, besides hearing from someone.
Or you can take it to a body shop, and they can recommend you to a shop that fixes more of the bendable body parts. I got my previous lip quoted to be fixed with flexible parts and was told $50 for the fix. Good luck,.

or you can just use fiber glass strip dipped in resin to hold the crack together then fiberglass bondo to fill it.

Normal driving it will keep it from cracking but if you nail it on the driveway hard enough it will probably crack again. The stuff is pretty strong and has some flex to it. I have used the stuff on my fiberglass cowl hood on my mustang after some kids decided to take a bat to it and put some nice size cracks and holes. I used it with fiber glass strips and repainted it. It survived many hood slamming with no cracks.

i fixed mine really easily and mine was horribly split
believe it or not bondo is not the way to go, it doesnt hold up on a lip if hit it again. I dont have the patience to keep repairing it.

heres how it looked before repair. it had been previously bondo'd (not by me) thats the white stuff I had to sand down a bit.

after i had it smooth, i lined it up as best as I could, and I used plastic epoxy. This stuff is really strong. when I applied it I tried to lay it on flat , but making sure to fill in all the gaps. I did it on both sides while supporting it.

the front side. looks rough but really strong after it dried. and you can bend it like it wasnt broken at all anymore, its basically plastic.

then i sanded it till all the excess epoxy was off. Its real easy to sand through and I got the surface smooth with the rest of my lip.
and then I gave it a few sprays of black acrylic laquer. and i think it looks pretty good, although the worst was on the bottom of the lip

granted you have a much larger space to fill, If you could somehow use this instead Its quite flexible
