All my weather stripping and rubber is dry because I live in Miami. I plan to replace these eventually but I do believe this is whats causing it.

If none of it is torn try cleaning it real good first. Just water and a towel would be fine. Clean both the weather stripping and door itself. For extra measure get some kind of rubber conditioner to soften it up. Would help protect it and seal better. While you're at it take care of the sunroof. Thats where I get all my noise from.

If its torn then replace it.

BMW makes a great product for conditioning older rubber. It's called Gummi-Pflege. BMW part number BM-82-149-407-015. About $10 a tube and it works great. Just use a little and rub it on your rubber seals, parts etc. Just get it from your local BMW parts dept.

Does this mean that 303 Aerospace is a waste of time? My lexie is 15 years old, the seals are intact and I have no issue with wind noise. If this product performs as you say it does then I will have to do something I vowed NEVER to do ... visit a BMW dealership!

Ha ha ...

Hey I use and like 303 Areospace as well. And hey I love my 330ci just as much as my SC. You might just take out the Beamer of your likeing while picking up this stuff. They are fantastic driving machines. I recently test drove a 2003 M5 6speed that left me speechless for about a week.

just noticed today that theres a larger gap on the drivers side between the front fender and door and the door actually sticks out a lil bit from the body.

is this from a worn door hinge or does the door just need to be re adjusted?
