so i started my car today finally and noticed that my high beams arent responding
tried looking fore similar topic but nil...
any advice?please?
i know2 bulbs wouldnt go at the same time.. so its not that

 

Try replacing the bulbs in case you never know. Check the fuses.

 

there is a separate fuse for high beams?

im stuck on this one...

even my dash blue high beam light is not going on

 

Having the same problem. I think my combo switch is messed as it screwed with my rear running lights. Good luck with it, and let us know how it turns out. I am trying a new combo switch, when I can get one.

I checked my voltage at the high beams and got nothing, then messed with stuff under the dash, next time i started the car i noticed they were on flashed em a couple of times and turned the lights on and off. then magically they didn't work. I will be going through the service manual I have in pdf format. If i find something I will post it.

Well your SC is a 99' model. Being a 99', it has daytime running lamps. You might want to take that into account, could be a DRL relay gone bad not sending any voltage to your high beams.

 

im in canada. so we have already preinstalled running lights in all Lexus cars.
but thank you for the tip im goign to check my DRL relay!

Haven't been driving mine, working swap issues. So no. I really think its my combo switch. Haven't pulled anything to check it yet.
