That is a sweet looking setup for sure but WAAAAAAAAAAAY outside of my budget. Oh, wait, I don't have any green to budget with. HA HA.
Anyway, I was thinking more along the lines of finding some second hand slicks or drag radials locally. They actually pop up on Craigslist (locally) quite often.

Yep, they are still having Saturday T&T's 1 to 6pm, weather dependant I'm sure. I would definately call before making the drive, which is about 2 hours for me.
There has already been a boosted SC on pinks all out. Dont really remember if it was 300 or 400 but it ran 11s. It eventually got knocked out but it was still cool. Good luck though.

Well thanks for raining on my parade! Kidding.
I would assume it was a 300 just because there isn't many 400's out there running 11's. But of course anything is possible.
SOunds like a plan, but i dont think slick alone is going to get you into the high 11.
I wouldn't think slicks alone would do it either but you (and I) might be surprised.
I ran a 12.85 at Rockingham with an 1/8 mile time of 8.319 and with a 60ft time of 1.936.
Went to Mooresville (1/8) two weeks later and ran an 8.017 with a 1.809 60ft. So, over 3 tenths in the 1/8 with a .127 improvement on the 60ft. Having run the 1/4 enough times, I would estimate a 12.39 or faster with that 1/8 time.
