i dont think the point of this kit is to get the "look" of carbon fiber or kevlar. the point is weight reduction as well as strength. im pretty sure it will hold up much better then FRP when going sideways, miscalculating your line, and clipping 2 or 3 50lb hay bales . actually for drifting stock bumpers are best. they are soft and just flex. barely crack at all. i took out 2 hay bales once head on and all it did was chip the paint a bit. no cracks.

it fails cause its just a layer of carbon kevlar laid over fiberglass.

That totally ruins the point

yeah if it's not a true cf body kit there's really no point to get it, imo, if it really was 100% cf i'd like to see what it looks like painted on an sc, because i wouldn't get it for the looks just weight reduction

I understand where you're coming from.

IMO, I don't think kevlar CF aero would be a substantial enough weight reduction, atleast not for the price.

If it were real carbon kevlar it would be well over $4000. Think about it. Varis makes a carbon kevlar hood for the sc which sales for around $1500. I know Import Fan/ GTP International made kits out of real carbon fiber a few years ago. Now I don't know. I think they were bought out by another company. There is one that still sells there C-Wings products called Aerokits.net
