Default What new products would you like to see from Stanley Distribution

I've been brain storming some new projects (mostly things I've wanted for my own car). Just wanted you guys to vote on your favorites.

Carbon Fiber/Fiberglass sun roof: custom made replacement for the stock sun roof

SC400 Silicone hose kit: black silicone hose kit for all of the vacuum lines on the sc

ABS delete kits: a kit that includes new brake lines to delete the factory ABS, this would be a race only/off road biased kit.

Custom spark plug wires: custom made spark plug wires for the 1uzfe using taylor wire (I know there are other wires out there, but I want to do wires that are not 400$ a set)

Plastic head/fog light polishing: Polishing the yellow haze out of plastic headlamps, fog lamps, ect.

A custom ignition system using the factory distributors with an CD ignition amplifier and new ignition coils.

Aquamist water injection.

The polishing thing might be of interest to people, but it depends on how many people jump on the new headlight face GB that is going. Also, we'll have to see how many people successfully transfer over the new lens without moisture issues, and finally how well they new headlights hold up without clouding over. Based on those factors, a lot of people might keep their OEM headlights in place and the polishing would be very useful. Just have to wait and see on that one.

Also, this GB will come and go and many will still have their OEM headlights at any time so I think it would still be of value. I personally like the lines in the headlights, they are classy. I am one of the people who appreciate the detail lexus gave us. Many agree, and those would be your base.

Water injection sounds good. Im not sure if the ABS delete will be a big hit.

you love it. others dont. we dont need non-constructive opinions on what you like and what you dont like. get over yourself. you like it then keep it and keep it to yourself or in the thread that specifically discussed the pros and cons of sunroofs.

I don't know about the other guys, but my car is stripped out and ready for the track. Getting rid of the sun roof gives you a ton of head room for a helmet.

On the other hand, I can make a part that will bolt in and replace just the glass part of the sunroof with carbon fiber. It would be expensive though for the weight you loose, as the glass only weighs about 11 lbs in the first place. The whole assembly weighs about 34 lbs.

If my car were a hardtop, or next best thing , jerk it out and bolt in a C.F. panel, I would be a lot happier with it. For the first guy that takes off his ABS pump and related parts, please weigh it all and I think we'll be surprised.

For a street driven SC a guy will have to get a custom headliner made if he rips out the sunroof, so cost will play a part at some point. C.F. hood would be nice, I would prob. want to color paint match it. Some effective hood pins that looked right would be a must.
