My car is 214k km and I wished I had one w/ less milage. But these cars are pretty well built, no problems.
Just get a mechanic to look at it before you buy so you won't be surprised about the repair bills after you bought it.
Not many buyers are willing to buy a car with such high mileage in Canada so you can try to talk the price down a couple hundred more. Remember you still got to pay for insurance.

Ive spent a good amount of time searching for the right SC. One thing I noticed is that it is always good to buy one with very few owners. My SC had about 225k miles when I first bought it. I was the 3rd owner. The first and second owners babied it so much which is part of the reason why they kept the car for more than 5 years before selling it to me.
Also, you might want to pick up a few things here on CL about the SC. This would be great so when you actually go out there and inspect the vehicle you will know what to look for. Ask the right questions. Asking the right questions will make the seller a little more flexible on the price.
I would not mind having a high mileage SC. As long as it has been well maintained over the years and never abused.

make sure you don't have rust problems...east coast Canadian cars are subjected to sucky winter conditions and that salt will eat through your underbody faster than I can finish up my cereal
