HKS Superdrager, unreal_ now has this catback. When I was looking at these pictures I realized how crappy the spare tire well looked and immediately went out and painted it black so it blends in.
If the exhaust exiting opposite of the gas door was such an issue, then cars that have dual exhausts would have to be filled from somewhere in the middle. Obviously this is a non-issue in these cars, since we have dual exhaust from the factory. The risk of spilling fuel is the same if you have a dual exhaust, or if you have a single running under the fuel door.
Seeing how I dont even remember posting in this thread 2yrs ago. I now have some more insight on this fuel door/exhaust exit dilema.
Most manufacturers will route the exhaust on the opposite side of the fuel door for the simple fact of clearing the fuel tank.
Ergo, the SC has no issues with dual because the tank is in the trunk.
This single set-up is real nice.....the first pic is with a boost logic muffler i think and its the most current set-up. Went from apexi GT spec to the BL muffler!!!!
