Default power window help

ok so my driver side window doesn't go up or down with the switch but i can hear the motor click when i push the button up or down. i was driving yesterday on a bumpy road and my window starting coming down. and i try using the switch to make it go up. nothing happened. after a while the window goes down a little more and it just stays there and dosent go any lower. i try the switch again. it works! . . . . but it only moves it up a little bit not all the way closed.

so to make it short.

1.window dosent go up or down with the switch when its all the way up.

2.i can crack the window open 3 inches by using my hand and can put it back up using my hand.

3.when the window goes down 4 inches it dosent go down anymore and i can put it back up to 3inches with switch.

what could be the problem?? thanks.
