Default Aftermarket HID's ... safe?

For those of you with aftermarket HID's ... don't you constantly blind oncoming traffic? I know that in Europe, all HID's need to have an auto levelling feature, as otherwise this could be a problem.

I'd love to put HID's on my car, but if that means that I get flashed at all the time, I won't do it.

Thanks

Nope, my HID's don't blind oncoming traffic. I've asked my friends if they do and they say they don't.

Yeah...I was once told that in an accident, the people in the car going faster has a better chance of survival. So drive faster and turn up them lights.

But seriously, I've never really had problems with my HID's. Just don't aim them upwards.
