My control **** was under the driver side dash right next to the courtesy light/hood release. I think it was up to the dealer where they wanted to install it...

Once i get my SC4 back on the road, i''ll test it out and post back. Doing a few more maintenance items then back out of the garage she goes.

This apparently was an option back then. I have the directions in the owner's manual. Bought the car from an elderly couple. 17yrs later the thing still works.

Mine was just one little on/off/volume control **** under the drivers left leg knee panel, and one small red led light on the cluster surround. Audio beeper inside the top drivers window surround (by my left ear). Very clean install and Very stealth. Always worked like a charm 360 degrees.

i have one of the 2000 series i bought from a friend but one of the sensors is bad. cool find though i almost bought a 2nd gen gs with one installed.

And I have the twist **** like yours, although my lights are IN THE CLUSTER not outside of it.
