should i let her go?
hey first post on this forum.was into hondas than german.i now have found the cars that i think i will own for the rest of my life.well i picked up this sandstone sc300 w/148k on the clock.it's in pretty good shape for a 92.i sourced some parts for her, from a donor 99.black perforated 3spoke-not singlestage-,gated shifter, sideskirts, and a new pioneer double din.so i'm trying to decide if i should let her go and get a 2gs,a car i have wanted 1 for a while, although i just picked up a 96 gs w/ some damage.but i love the bubble eye.that is 1 of the things i like alot about the sc.i'm on the fence, the sc/soarers are awesome cars, but i really like the 2gs too.what do you think guys?oh yeah heres some pics of my sc and w/ new shoes, had the is wheels but too sunk.and overlook the lack of drop

really?what about the gs do you not like as much as the sc? i like the sc,and i have almost everything to do the 97-00 conversion.but i still like the bubbleeye alot.i had alot of lowered/modded 4 doors.ie:02bmw 325/99a4 1.8t/01s4 biturbo/99passat 1.8t/98+02jetta vr6/99tl-types/95gsr/93gs300.so maybe im just partial to the stance of a dropped 4 door.i have a project/wrecked 96 gs.maybe i should keep both or sell both and buy the 2gs.idk i love cars,so it's hard for me to keep 1 for long.

My GS is nice...really nice. But the SC...once you have one and drive it for some time. You just miss it when its gone. Keep the SC or get a newer SC

it sounds like you have your mind made up already. Just post the parts for us to buy and sell the car and get the second generation GS with the bubble eyes. It's OK not everyone was born to be a die hard SC lover. True SC lovers would never have to ask this question. May be when you get the GS and drive it for a few months you'll know if it's worth it. Oh yeah Nice car! the bike too
