Default Trac light on after several minutes of driving.

Already searched but found no answer to my problem.

The trac light on the dash would turn on everytime I slipped on the wheels at times (snow, ice) but It's starting to turn on after I do regular driving on dry road.

nothing is on except Trac light, No engine light or anything.
I searched and people were having issues with their Traction light on and engine on.

for me, it's just Trac light on. Anyone had issues? resolutions?

I have a similar problem on my '92 SC400, which seem to coincide with the onset of very cold weather. The light comes on steady for a short period and then turns off. I'm told it might be a leaking accumulator or hose. I'm not very technical, but the system senses a loss of pressure, which causes the light to come on until presssure is restored, and then the light goes off. During warmer periods in the last week or so, the problem is less pronounced.

what kind of pressure? My tires are somewhat deflated at the moment. I will inflate them tonight to see if the problem persist. Anyone else have any other idea?

I believe its the accumalator problem your having as stated above. Very common problem to have with these SC's. Try and bleed the accumulator. There is a link to how to do this properly, I will try and find it and post it for you.

are you lowered? I lowered my front to the point that I'm sure I'm rubbing the wires inside the fender liner, so I raised it up and no problem since

No I didn't lower my car....yet . but that Trac light would only come on when I burn rubber or if I gas it at zero.

now it just comes on after I changed my right rotor and pads.

I have a 93 SC300 and experience the same issue with the TRAC light coming on at random times. It makes sense that it is a pressure issue since it is less prevalent in the summer. I haven't tried pulling the codes yet to see there is any help there. When I do and if I find anything pertinent I will post my findings.
