The differences are going to be slight styling differences. The fogs look a bit different, and that black grill in the front looks different(though i may be wrong on both). If you like how that looks better than the stock bumper, the sure, its a good upgrade. But if your having to ask other people i dont think that your sold on the soarer bumper. Find an aftermarket bumper or lip or entire aero kit that you like, not one that people say looks good.

as for the side blinkers....there JDM side markers...the USDM ones are flat

griffin and lip. I'm not really sure why it would be a good upgrade, but I think that lip does look good.

There is no real difference between a Soarer bumper and a Lexus SCX00 front bumper...Both can have the front lip attached and both can accept either the USDM or JDM side markers...The ony "true" difference would be the 3 hole placements for the JDM griffin emblem and the USDM Lexus "L" emblem...But both of these can easily remedied by an experienced body shop or individual...so easily in fact, that I wouldn't be suprised if the supposed "JDM Toyota Soarer" front bumper pictured above was actually nothing more than a '95-'96 bumper with a JDM griffin emblem and '92-'94 SC400 lip attached to it.

P.S I believe "Kouki" and "Chouki" names, differentiates by year model style.

Here take a look...

My own front bumper isn't all that different from the supposed "JDM Toyota Soarer" front bumper pictured above...But in this case, I chose to stick with the Lexus "L" emblem instead of the JDM Griffin emblem for the front...And if you look closely, You can see the JDM side markers on it as well.

It's simply nothing more than a '95-'96 front bumper, with a painted to match '92-'94 SC400 lip and JDM side markers...Looks identical to one pictured doesn't it?

Doesnt the Soarer center grill pop out to accept an intercooler?

I think it does.

Zenki (starting period)= 92-94 SC
Chuki (middle period)= 95-96
Kouki (last period)= 97-00

The difference between the zenki and chuki bumpers are the middle air dam, foglights (clear in chuki).

Simple, The black grille easily unscrews from the main part of the bumper...How do you think body shops are able to still keep that grille black when they re-paint the front bumper for instance?
