Default IS300 in town wants to race me

Someone said something to the guy at a performance shop since he's a regular; and he found out about me.

From what I know he's got intake and exhaust; doubtful on the AFC. He's a automatic too.

How fast are IS300s with these two boltons? I know for a fact I'll take him out of the hole; but I dunno what will happen on a roll.

Shouldn't be a problem for you Bean, my SC4 toasts IS3's on the regular, especially top end. Your SC3 has a stick, and I know you know how to powershift, plus the new exhaust, ghetto fabulous intake, and don't you have an S-AFC also? Like you said, you'll definitely take him outta the hole, and you should walk away from him up top anyway. Just make sure he doesn't have any work done, there's a guy around here with a bone stock IS3 with a Pro Torque converter and a monster 200shot, runs 13.0's on little 26x8 ET Drags.

Ghetto-fabulous

I gotta order the importtoys adapter and a new filter... this filter is all bent up and dirty as hell; i used it in my RX-7 back when i had it.

From what I know he isn't running a torque converter or anything major; because I asked.

But I'm not much worried anymore; I ran a IS300 this morning on the way to work; it might have been him as it was the same color and it had an exhaust.

I only got to run him on a roll and I started in 2nd gear when I could have been in 1st...

15-80 I pulled about 3.5 cars on him... so I'm assuming it'd be a total washout off the line.

Thanks for the input guys!
