Passenger seat doesn't recline
My car's passenger seat doesn't recline. It does slide back and forth fine. It only recline to 2 fixed position when the side lever is lifted. My questions are what may cause this and how do I fix it?
One more thing does the seat recline all the way like the driver seat does?

Use the search option man! I commented one someones seat before and there was a unplugged connector. Check the connectors going to the seat to see if there unplugged. If not see of there cut. Also check to see if you have power going to the switch that controls that function. Use a volt meter. If you do have power it could be a possible bad switch or a bad seat motor. Good luck.

It happened to me a few weeks ago. I took of the seat recline switch then put it back on. I lifted the lever on the side to bring the seat all the way forward then i pushed it back till it locked in a fixed position. After that my recline switch worked perfect
