what happen to the posts? .. more to the story, i was at junk yard so i pulled the beeper and stock alarm computer from a 95-96 sc.. i wanted to see if there is a separate module for the beep signal. thanks again guys

that module is no good unless you can program your keys to that particular module to test it out. OR, they gave you the keys with that module. But i doubt that...

the modules are not different so there is no point in me swapping them. there are no extra wires or pins the part numbers are the same too. so im guessing there is separate module that sends a signal to the beeper. so when it gets signal for lock it chirps one and when its unlock then it Chirps twice. kinda dont wanna go all the way back to the junck yard and rip out the whole harness from the car and trace it but i may have to LOLOOO.

ok so i was at the dang junk yard for like 3 hours tracing the wire, but i go no where because the whole back of the car was crushed so i couldn't really trace it all the way. but is there an alarm module in the trunk?

The alarm ECU is on the rear-right wall of the passenger area behind the trim panel (think back seats). The wiring runs down to the plastic runner that meets up at the trans tunnel and runs forward to behind the dash. It should run to the lock control ECU, and from there out to the "beeper" unit just north of the door right behind the fat part of the fender on the drivers side.

So, you have the chirp module?... Here's what I think you can do. Since the button arm/disarm is tapped to the parking lights when pressed, follow that wire to the alarm wiring and tap the chirp module there... Hope that helps.

I HAVE A 94 SC! lololololol i done alot of research already and that wont work since my cars lights dont blink when i lock the car or unlock it and it makes no sound either. I NEED THE 95+ alarm ecu in the rear. that wont work.

if you have any of the wiring diagrams can you post them, I just bought a 95 that has an aftermarket pos alarm that I am taking out so i can either get my stock system to work and if thats not an option il install a Viper or Clifford 2 way system

Anyway, good luck... I think I would go with Halient and just go for aftermarket and have those guys install em. Afterall, you buy the alarm from them they usually offer free installation. They'll tapit to your hood, trunk, both driver and passenger side door to go off if someone tries to break in.
