$350 Paint Job From MAACO: Results are IN!
They did a very good job and for $350 its well worth it. My car's paint was peeling and fading and a friend of mine scraped my fender/bumper. So he gave me someoney to paint the Bumper but i thought if i put in some more money i can get the whole car painted. I have read about Maaco and alot of people said they sucked and dont go for it. I just wanted the car painted just for the hell of it and look how they turned out!

Nope i've checked the whole entire car and no over spray, they did get like tiny tiny bits of paint on the highbeams but thats nothing i can't fix. Its well worth $350. Supposed to be $250 but since my paint was peeling on the front and back bumper it was an extra $100 to recondition them.
Next: I bought some plastic polish and will apply them today. results later tonight or tomorrow!~

Oh man please don't tell me this....haha...it does look pretty good but if you can take some more close ups that would be much appreciated. Now you have me thinking of going to them to paint my front and rear bumpers to get the spider cracks out. From what I see it looks like a good job.

it LOOKS good, but who knows how long it will last. chances are they half a**ed it. i wouldnt trust maaco with my vehicles. but if you you just wanted a quickie, its pretty good. look out for rock chips cuz they may open up a can of worms. not bad though.

well for $350 its not really bad at all. I have a 2 year warrenty on the paint as well. so if it fades or peels i get it repainted. and 4 years later IF it peels and fades ill just get it painted again. Now IF you painted the car for 2-3K you think itll last for 10years? im paying $350 for 2-3 years, Its not bad at all.

If anyone is looking for a good deal on paint, I would highly recommend Cars-Metics. Their quote was the cheapest around and stayed exactly the same when I payed, very friendly, and the job turned out nice. Couple months later and not a single problem. They didn't repaint my whole car, rear quarter panel repair and paint. But so far I am still very impressed.

It looks pretty good. I think it depends on the Maaco/Sheib you go to. seem's like the guy who did this one took his time. Although generally the jobs a cheap, how you spray a car can make or break the paint job no matter what paint you use. $350+2yr warranty means $1750 after 10 years. Still less than a typical paint job at a regular body shop. I say not bad at all.
