Please I need immediate help! Smoke from my climate control
Please any insight would help me out. Ok heres the deal. My climate control was stuck at 75 degrees so I went ahead and purchased a new cimate control unit. As I clipped in the three wire harnesses on the back of the climate control, and then turned the key to accessory. Then the connection on one of the three harnesses started to smoke like crazy! Then all my aftermarket gauges like Apexi AFC, Defi Boost Gauge, Tein EDFC, Turbo Timer all blinked. So I immediatly turned the car off, now the car doesnt start and all my gauges wont come back on! TALK ABOUT BAD LUCK!
Any information would be great. Right now my car is incapacitated.

Yes I blew the fuse, the car started. Was the climate control different in the year of the car or th model? Because I need to order another one, I dont see why it would make a difference is the wire harnessees match up. Thanks guys

ok to fix your car, you have the do the following EXACTLY
1. Unplug your climate control
2. Check all fuse
3. Check which wires are burnt
Here is where is gets really important!!
4. Take apart all engine hoses
5. Get a engine crane and yank out the engine with the complete harness
6. Take out all the aftermarket gauges
7. Package them up nicely so they don't get damaged
8. Pm me for my address
And ill take a look at the problem for you, and since I'm doing you a favor, you have to pay for shipping.
Seriously, if the plugs plug up, i don't see why it will be different.

Thanks
1sickSC, you really dont haveto go through all that trouble. I appreciate your kindness though. I replaced the fuse and all my gauges are operating. I am at a standstill right now. I sent back the climate control that was smoking. Now I need to buy another one, and when I do I guess I wil have;to get it from my yr and model....ill never have heat.
