I wouldnt ever do a flat black finish. It ALWAYS looks like you took a spray can to your car.

gloss black with satin black accents would look nice. only thing abt satin is it scratches easily and you can't exactly touch it up. whatever you do, keep it clean

Sorry if I was not clear in what I'm looking for. I own a body shop so paint is absolutely not a problem. I have a clean 97 gloss black 400. It is on chrome 20's. I'm thinking of droping it on flat black 19's with striped lip & painting it satin black. Been trying to find a pic or 2 before I pull the trigger so to speak.

Thanks? for your guys help. Guess I'm gonna have to go out on my own here. I wanted to see if anyone had pics of a flat SC on here. I can post whatever pics you guyz wanna see. Getting ready to do my stereo, interior & repaint. I've had my 400 for over 2 years & instead of getting a new ride (again) I was wanting to stick with what I have, but my ***** needs a makeover!

i never liked the satin look but there's a new look thats going (to me)... with satin and half non satin...i like it cause it makes the regular paint stand out even more. ill try to find picture for you.

I like the satin look. Not something I would do to my SC3 but I defiantly go that route with a muscle car. Like 66 Mustang Fastback or something along those lines.
