I'm not getting the pics I want, but I can tell you exactly what color it is.... it's like the 99-2000 SC cathodes.

Here's the pics I took thanks to Matador's cluster. This blue a a nice deep blue, camera can't really catch blue's like that.

FTW - Looks darn close to the Defi BF's

Guess the shadows will go away w/ some tweaking.

The mph/X-rpm stuff that's off the main run actually lights up fine, but with the camera contrast turned all the way down it'll show that even with a stock cluster. There are not lights behind those, they depend on radiant light from the main run.

Here's what it would look like if I weren't backing the camera down to get true color. I just walked up and snapped this one without turning the contrast down, or the power on the cluster - the cluster is wide open.

I dimmed those pics up there to get the color correct on the white so you could see the slight hue to it. This is what it looks like to just walk straight up and take a pic.

There is no light source. It's a heater coil.

how do the ones from the 98+ clusters work because those ones are white background with black number correct ?

The first few clusters with the 6000 hid style were sent out this week and they looked unbelievable.
