The winshield washer fluid has suddenly stopped spraying on my 1994 SC300. The reservoir is full so I figure it musy be the pump. Wipers still working but no 'pump' noise when I press the washer button.
1) Could it be something else besides the pump?
2) If it is the pump - where is the pump located and is it difficult to replace i.e. is it a D.I.Y. project?

The pump is right behind the washer fluid reservoir. its litterly attached to the reservoir. Really easy to replace, just pull it out and put the new one in. Also a ton of toyotas use our pump, so it should be an easy part to find at a junkyard.
