I say grab the 95 man, there will be endless mods to sweat over for the rest of your cars life. Just remember that you can't keep starting fresh, eventually you will need a platform to build upon. If you get the 95 I think you might have more motivation to take care of it and doctor it however you see fit.
Also, while you say the 95 is flawless, wait until youve had it a year, youll find all kinds of little mishaps with it.

And yea, though i Luv my 92, i just dont feel its a "great platform" for me and i dont feel as motivated to "personalize / mod it out" as i think i would be with the 95.

Grab the '95. The small updates makes a huge difference, and like all the previous posters have said, black interior rocks. If your father will enjoy driving your current SC more, then let him have it and get something for yourself that would put a bigger smile on your face. It's hard parting out with your first car, but at least it's staying 'in the family'.
Good luck on your decision and keep us informed!

THANKS EVERYONE FOR ALL THE COMMENTS / ADVICE!
Here's a little update on my SC situation. Got home, talked it over with my dad, and as i somewhat expected, he shot me down. He didnt see why i needed to buy another SC when i have one already. So, i guess im stuck with my 92

lol oh naw, its coo man...i didnt get offended. But being that it has high miles, and needs some cosmetic work, it probably wouldnt be worth a lot. But yea, best bet is just keep it, and mod it...seems to be my only choice lol. But ill post pics of her in a few mins.
