Making an early SC Audible Beep when Locking

This is the easy and smart way to an annoying problem.. it only does one beep when you lock it, correct? That's exactly how i hooked up my beeper yesterday 
but i was going to put in a whole late model system in for one beep and two beep for unlock.. more to come on my end keep an eye out.

correct, that is the beep we are talking about. Right now mine does make that horn like bonk, but as i mentioned above, when you use a multitone siren, as you change the voltage it produces a different tone, and softer as you lessen it.

Yes it does, but i hardly every lock the doors once im in the car, and even then if me or my fiancee' feels the need to lock the doors while in the car because of a spooky character, the siren is a good deterrent.

Thats all cool too, i just dont want to spend the money on something like that when the car already has an alarm. For me, it makes no sense. I just need to change the sound and loudness of the beep and i'll be satisfied.

i plan to do this if i have time to..
i actually dont know if my car has an alarm, and i need to test it out some day.
seriously though, when i part at school, i cant tell if it gets locked, so i stand next to the door and look at the window to see if the little extra plastic on the lock switch moves.
