Yup, same body except for the presence of the spoiler (standard on 400, optional on 300). On the early 300s, cloth seats and no moonroof were standard (versus leather and moonroof for the 400). The only major difference is the engines.

I believe the leather/moonroof/spoiler combo is worth over $2,000 at the time of the sale. Most SC's came with leather, the cloth and/or hardtop models are very rare.

the chassis is the same from 92-2000. the difference is the trans tunnel is bigger on the 95+. if you are going with a "supra trans" then it can save you some headache.

the v160 in the mk4 tt supra is a "supra trans"
the r154 in the mk3 supra is also a "supra trans"
and finally...
the w58 in the sc300 also came in the mk4 NA supra...so thats also a "supra trans"
