Oh man that sucks. Check to see if your rear is out of alignment when you get a chance.

man thats scary how the rim broke a chunk off like that. its also crazy that the tire pressure help up eventhough it was broken. Winter season sucks.

the tire was actually punctured, but the piece of metal stuck in there kept it from deflating fully. at least thats what they told me! Now..what to do with this broken rim..make it into a table? maybe a wall ornament? pull a flava flave and put it on a big chain?

I'm in Kearney, but spend alot of time in Lincoln. I also will be attending Ole Miss in Oxford, Mississippi, when I graduate from highschool.

Cool, my wife is from Scottsbluff. I know its not a big deal, but you don't see too many people from Nebraska much less on car forums.

wow, sorry to hear this. i got lucky this happened to me about a month ago and i was very surprised to see no damage. but that wasnt the only time i slid into a curb. when i was 15 i was drifting my dads 02 GS300 in the snow and the rear tires gripped sliding the car into a curb. in a summary, i broke the steering column, rear axle, wheel rods, and much more and it costed $3,400. im afraid of curbs
