I'm looking at some sc400's and im pretty set on one but would like to know if it would be a good deal.

It is a 1993 with 185K miles. I went and drove it and checked it out. I drove it for probably 20 minutes pulled over and checked the motor. Seemed to have no strange noises and no leaks whatsoever.

Within the past year he has done :

new rack and pinion, timing belt and water pump

The paint looked pretty good as well and everything electronically worked.


He is asking 3700 and i offered 3300. He is pretty close to accepting but would like to check if that is a good deal considering the high milage??

Any input would be great!!

I was looking at one with the same mileage...sounds about the same as that one and the guy was asking 2500...still doesnt sound like a bad deal for 3300 tho

 

Just sold mine with 189K for $3300

 

I bought mine with 179k for 3200. Mine fits that description besides the fact that it's a 94. I'd say go for it!

 

I got a 1993 SC400 with 105,000 miles for $4500.

 

Gor for it, thats a great deal!
